LOVE LOVE LOVE it Beth. GLORIOUS colors!I really miss quilting. I have been wanting to make a long colorful Amish wallhanging, to hang on the wall down our hallway so we can see it from a distance and it will *glow*.I guess I should just get the fabric and get started! so much to do and learn . . .and spring (with all its outdoor projects) is on its way! It's all good :)happy day!

Weeee! I almost feel like doing another quilt...! Beth
I've been hand stitching my first quilt, using hexagons. Not quite finished, but almost there. Anyway, I can now fully appreciate, with new eyes, the love and care that goes into a handmade quilt. Yours is beautiful and, I'm sure, will give your daughter such comfort.
Wow, Cheryl. I didn't do the whole thing by hand. I used a machine to do some of the quilting, and combined it with some hand stitching. That was a good combination for me...I actually finished it after working on it off and on with my daughter for a couple of years! Good for you....keep at it, you are making something very special. Beth
I adore your quilt, Beth! It is such a reflection of you!
Thanks, Nadja! What wonderful words...sincerely, Beth
